She has lived in Pagosa a long time, and has excellent knowledge about the Archuleta County area, as well as individual neighborhoods. She's extremely friendly and kind, and I just can't give her enough praises! All the staff in the office are extremely helpful and friendly as well, and calls and texts are always returned quickly.
