Our Journey with Brenda Palacios was so wonderful. As first-time buyers we had no idea where to start. Most definitely recommend Sergio 100%. He walked with me through the process of evicting bad tenants, to prepping the home for sale, and finally getting it sold few days after putting it for sale. He made the process so easy and communicated through the entire negotiating process. What’s even better is we got more than asking price. He was great! Sergio is very professional, informative, and communicates very well. He explained the process of buying a home from the beginning to the end. He took the time to gather information to understand what I was looking for in a home. He accommodated my schedule to show me the houses I was interested in buying. He informed me of any foreseen obstacles to prevent any issues. The issue that did come up, which was out of his control, he took the time to walk me through it. The process to buying the house, I now call home, took less than a month. His guidance on how to communicate with the mortgage lender was definitely valuable and contributed to closing on schedule. Brenda and Sergio Bazan are simply amazing and extremely knowledgeable Realtors. They have helped me purchase my first home in 2016, and three years later (2019) helped me sell my first home AND purchased my dream home! Selling and purchasing homes can get very stressful, but not when you have the right people helping you make the right decisions, and answering my one million text messages throughout the day and night. It got to the point I told Brenda, "just tell me where to sign" - this is how much I trust my realtor! Not to mentioned we closed on both homes the SAME day! Very convenient for my family and I as it avoided storage fees, temporary home placement, etc.! Very satisfied client! Highly recommend them!!!!

First time home owner here and I just wanted to share my experience with Brenda. She was absolutely perfect and we were truly blessed to have had her as our realtor. We spent a lot of time saving for this huge milestone in our lives that we wanted to make sure the house we made our ‘forever home’ was the perfect fit for us.
